TINA DEBOER

ABOUT

I was born yelling and screaming, and the doctor told my parents they were in for a ride – and I haven’t slowed down since. I am a high-energy, enthusiastic and passionate person who plays hard and works hard. I love the quote:

“Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a ride!” by Hunter S. Thompson

I graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I have an extensive background in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Finance. Idaho has been my home for over 45 years and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

In my free time, you’ll find me performing onstage as an actress and singer or spending time with family camping, 4-wheeling, scuba diving and riding my Harley. I am blessed to be married to an incredible man and surrounded by many grandchildren, family and close friends. I have been described as having an infectious personality with a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll find I have superb follow-up skills, know how to listen, and am trust-worthy and tenacious. I can see the big picture but also don’t miss the details!

“My goal is to help all parties involved in a transaction work towards a smooth closing.” I believe that everything we say or do has a ripple effect. When I serve my clients, I know that every word, action and attitude I present to both sides of a transaction will have an impact and I want that impact to be a positive one.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT REAL ESTATE

I absolutely love helping people reach their real estate goals and dreams. This is an industry that is always changing, and every deal is different. Simply said, it is never boring.

I have always loved travel and that applies to my real estate career. I have helped clients in outlying rural areas like Marsing, Parma, Fruitland, Emmett, Middleton and Sun Valley as well as right here in the Treasure Valley counties including Ada County, Canyon County, Boise County and Gem County. I love traveling around beautiful Idaho.

I have experience working with homes on acreage. There are characteristics of residential properties on acreage that a home in a subdivision doesn’t have. For instance, understanding the need for well and water testing and septic systems. If it is bare ground, there are many things to research before purchasing to make sure the uses a buyer desires are allowed.

I equally love working with buyers and sellers in urban areas. Idaho has so many vibrant communities offering a wide variety of activities, restaurants, shopping and the arts.

I am skilled at assisting my clients in staging their home, giving it that “wow” factor for the buyer. I always hire a top-notch professional photographer including drone footage where applicable.

I am attentive to my buyers wants and needs. It is about listening and understanding the why behind their desires. Understanding the “why” is crucial in helping them find the right home for them.

Sometimes I get asked “Do you specialize?” My response is a resounding “YES! I specialize in “people.” I focus on the wants and needs of my clients. They are like family and I treat them as such.

I work tenaciously for my clients and never give up. I am always humbled and honored when someone refers me or chooses me to be their Realtor®.

I promise my clients that if the transaction is beyond the scope of my skills or abilities and requires a specialist, for instance a commercially zoned property, I will bring in an agent who has the needed skills to serve that client. I have a superb network of skilled agents I can reach out to.

I love your referrals and I vow to take the utmost care of each one. If you know someone needing an agent in Southern Idaho I would love a chance to meet with them and see if I am a good fit. If you know someone out of state needing a skilled agent in that location, I will assist them with finding the right agent to help them with their real estate needs.

I would be honored to assist you, your friends and family with your real estate goals and dreams. So, let’s take this journey together, I promise, it will be a great ride!

EDUCATION

I believe education is key to self-improvement and growth. There is always more to learn; for this reason, I take classes earning various designations provided by my industry. I want to set myself apart. I am a professional and I approach this career as a professional.
